Outdoor Group Sessions

 

The phrase, "the days are long but the years are short," is one of the only parenting cliches that actually holds true. Before you blink one phase is over and another era has begun. Being able to remember those years and life moments are exactly why I'm here. I want to capture you and yours throughout all stages; helping you hold onto those fleeting experiences through photographs that will last a lifetime.

Documentary Sessions

 

If you're really wanting to capture what your life looks like in a raw, lived way... documentary sessions are for you. I'll meet you either in your home, or out doing your favorite activity. I'll act as a fly on the wall while you go about life in your usual way... but behind the scenes I'm making even the most 'ordinary' and 'simple' moments some of the most beautiful ones.


*In-home sessions are perfect for newborns or documenting your every day home life (birthday, anniversary, announcements, snow-day, etc.)


*The second sessions are for the adventurers among you. If you would rather have epic shots of your family activities than traditionally posed pics, this is for you. I'll gladly join you to shadow just about ANY recreation activity (hiking, gardening, skiing, etc.). Here to truly document your life!

Sometimes you just need to celebrate yourself! From senior portraits, to artistic personality photographs, I'm here for it all. Put on your favorite outfit and let's go romp in the woods!

FAQs

How far in advance do I need to schedule?

Right now, things are pretty flexible and I attempt to release my booking schedule a few months in advance.

How far will you travel?

Anything outside of a 25 mile radius from my home base (WA/ID I-90 state line) incurs additional travel fees.


If you want me in another state or location thats further than a 1 hour drive from my home base, let's talk! I do love a good travel adventure and am open to discuss options.

Do you do weddings?

Elopements and micro-weddings are a resounding YES! Anything larger than 20 people is not in the cards right now.

Can I bring my pet(s)?

Pets are big part of our families! So generally, yes, they're totally welcome. But let's be sure to chat about it during the consult. (Please don't show up with pets unexpectedly)!

Do you use props?

I'm not against props, but it's not my main focus. I have a few goodies like blankets, baskets, a radio flyer wagon, and a vintage-inspired sled for toddlers. If you want any add-ons (or want to bring something of your own) please let me know beforehand!

What's your cancellation policy?

Please notify me by email at least 24 hours in advance.


Weather: Unless the wind is in gale-force strength, the cold is too bitter, or the location becomes muddy and unsafe, things usually proceed as planned! If conditions really are nasty, I aim to give clients at least 12 hours notice.


Illness: Sharing is the opposite of caring in this matter. I'll cancel if I'm sick and I expect you to do the same.


Emergency: Things happen and I totally understand. Please notify me ASAP.


*You'll have 90 days to reschedule a cancelled session or your deposit will be forfeit. If a rescheduled session is cancelled a second time, your deposit will automatically be forfeit.

When do I get my photos?

Photo delivery is approximately 3-4 weeks from the date of the session. I will provide delivery rush for additional fees.

Photo policy?

The digital JPEGS are for your personal use. Additional editing and AI use is discouraged. I do respectfully ask you to credit/tag me as your photographer if you do share!
